HOW I HANDLED INBOUND CALLS FOR A DAY

I like learning new things and i have been scorned so much for that. This however does not deter me at all and the quest goes on. Some of the areas that i have already learnt something about are relationships, business, career sports, and the technical world. Business is my favorite subject at the moment and i have an intention to learn all there is to learn. By the time i am done i should be able to answer a good number of questions concerning the subject.Where i am at right now is call centers and all their activities and to get a learning experience about a call center i requested to be granted a day to work in inbound call handling area. It was difficult at first bearing in mind that the research i had done in the books did not quite apply in the practical set up though most of what they said was true. I learnt that you have to be relaxed, cheerful, pleasant and more importantly know what you are talking about. This service outsourced by call centers is very good for any business.
