Some locals tried other bank&rsquos atm even though there is a $1 charge but it is also offline and consumer complaints on banks recorded by the Department of Communication sets a seasoned high. As hundreds of people pilling up at the Bank&rsquos front steps, employees of the Bank are hurrying to fix the problem. Other banks meanwhile are also dumbfounded as thirteen universal banks called the Telecommunications department reporting of offline atm&rsquos casing the department to declare a nationwide offline services. Although it is unlikely that atm&rsquos will be available today, the bank manager has made a contingency plan telling their clients to withdraw manually from the tellers. In addition, since tomorrow is the weekend, where banks are not usually open, some will extend their services up until eight in the evening whereas other banks will be open half day tomorrow to accommodate their client&rsquos checks.
